General Evaluation of Covid-19 Diagnosis Methods
After the first case has appeared in China, the disease, COVID-19, continues to spread an omnipresent threat to global health. The reliable, fast, and effective diagnosis methods are important to control the pandemic. Today, the real-time Reverse Transcriptase (RT-PCR) test is the main diagnostic practice as a gold standard method for accurate diagnosis of this disease. On the other side, serological assays are easy to be implemented for disease screening. However, the actual limitations of these methods are required skilled personnel and specialized infrastructure. Thus, in this direction, there is an urgency to be implanted an appropriate method for the diagnosis of COVID-19 disease. Nowadays, the Reverse Transcription Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (RT-LAMP) technique is preferred because of the portable, easily implanted, and effective for diagnosis. In this assay, three main diagnosis methods (RTPCR, serological tests, and RT-LAMP) are evaluated s within the scope of the COVID-19 diagnosis.

A Theoretical Proposal of Epidemic Monkeypox Genius, Based on The Experience of Von Boenninghausen
I am writing this short letter to propose the homeopathic epidemic genius for the infectious disease that has recently appeared in Europe, called monkeypox. While always remembering that it is always advisable to treat any disease individually, seeking the best unitary remedy for the case, as masterfully expressed by Prof. Hahnemann (§ 153,154,155,273) [1], it should also not be forgotten that the most important epidemics of the past have always been treated with a handful of remedies at most, and very often one remedy was the most suitable, and was called epidemic genius (§ 99-103, paragraphs never changed in the various editions). The intent of this letter, is therefore to propose in a strictly theoretical way as the epidemic had just appeared, following both Hahnemann’s dictates, and the logic of Homeopathy proposed by Stuart Close: exact observation, correct interpretation, rational explanation, and scientific construction [7], the epidemic genius of monkeypox, based on the observations and experience of one of the greatest Homeopaths in history, Hahnemann’s favorite pupil, Baron Von Boenninghausen.

Microbiological Isolates in Patients with Community-Acquired PNEUMONIA, COMPARATIVE STUDY of Three Methods
Community-acquired pneumonia constitutes a major health problem worldwide. Objective: to determine the bacterial spectrum in patients hospitalized for pneumonia in a local context. Method: The results of 208 blood cultures, 69 sputum cultures, and 8 samples of respiratory secretions and lung tissue obtained postmortem were analyzed. The positivity index was determined for each method used, as well as the frequency of the isolated germs. The positivity rate for respiratory secretions (postmortem) was 87.5%, lung tissue 75%, sputum 37.6%, and blood culture 10.6%. The isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae (20) and Streptococcus pneumoniae (19) represented 64% of the total isolates.

An Emergence of Multidrug Resistant Nosocomial Pathogen- Acinetobacter Baumannii
Nosocomial infections have been recognized as one of the most critical problems in hospitalization, particularly in critical care units. As these infections prolong hospitalization, require extensive diagnostics and treatment, leads to high cost. The emergence of multidrug resistant pathogens has become a threat in critically ill, immuno-compromised patients due to the extensive use of antimicrobial. The most common types of nosocomial infections are pneumonia, urinary tract infections, meningitis, wound, soft tissue, surgical site infections and blood stream infections. These infections can be life threatening, capable of making of therapeutic options very difficult and limits the critical care settings. Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterobacter spp are most common nosocomial pathogens. Among all nosocomial species Multidrug Resistance (MDR) A. baumnaii is most pathogenic microorganism. Here a review on A. baumannii in relation to nosocomial infection is carried out. This review includes risk factors, diagnosis modalities, pathogenesis, MDR properties, mechanism of MDR and treatment of A. baumannii.

The Relationship of Hematological Disorders in SARS-CoV-2 Patients with Intensive Care Needs and Survival
Abstract
Objective: It was
aimed to retrospectively examine the clinical and survival results of patients
who were consulted with the hematology clinic due to hematological disorders
related to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2).
Materials
and methods: In this study, the data of patients who were
hospitalized and consulted to the hematology clinic due to hematological
disorders related to COVID-19 infection diagnosed by radiological findings
and/or PCR results in the Ministry of Health Istanbul Training and Research
Hospital between April 1 2020 and May 21 2020, were evaluated, retrospectively.
Results: Of the 48 patients evaluated in the study, 25 (52%) were female and 29 (60%) were 60 years old and above. Leukocytosis in 5(10%) patients, leukopenia in 19 (39%) patients, and D-Dimer ≥2ng/mL and Ferritin ≥500ml/ng in 32(66%) patients were remarkable. D-Dimer was found to be ≥2ng/mL and Ferritin ≥500ml/ng in 9 out of 10 patients in intensive care. A total of seven (14%) patients died. Conclusion: Patients who are over the age of 60, and have lymphocyte count <1000μl/ml, D-Dimer value above 2ng/mL, and ferritin over 500ml/ng are more likely to need a follow-up in the intensive care. For this reason, vaccination of people over the age of 60, moreover, the high antibody response obtained with the vaccine seems to be the most important precaution that can be taken against this disease.

Do I Need to be Vaccinated against the Common Cold?
In Russia, as well as around the world, mass vaccination against COVID-19 begins. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this in January 2021. The same thing is happening in other countries. A huge event is planned, but I have a question: do I need to do this at all? There are already reports of adverse effects. Back in December 2020, the world media reported that six volunteers who had tested one of the variants of the coronavirus vaccine had died. In January 2021, 26 people died in similar tests in Norway. Such effects are alarming. But there are more general doubts. I will try to present them consistently. “I don’t believe it!” My name is Vladimir Rybin. I am a Doctor of Philosophy, a professor at the University of Chelyabinsk. But at one time I graduated from a medical university and worked in practical medicine for almost 20 years as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator. An anesthesiologist is not a microbiologist or an infectious disease specialist, but he performs anesthesia in a wide variety of patients and for this reason he has knowledge in a wide variety of areas of medicine. So it makes sense to take my arguments into account. I will try to explain their essence very simply.
